In order to determine if we’re a good fit, I offer a complimentary 20 minute phone consultation. Please call 206-317-4342 to start the conversation.
$170 (53 minute telehealth session; no in-person appointments)
Payment options
Payment is made during each session. I accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. I use payment system that is HIPAA secure.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Private Pay
Some individuals choose to pay privately as they don’t want insurance involved, or don’t have a plan that covers therapy. The cost is listed above.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider with Premera Blue Cross, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Regence, LifeWise, and Evernorth (Cigna). Since plans vary, it is advisable to double-check that I am in-network with your specific plan.
Out-of-Network
I am likely considered an out-of-network provider with any insurance company not listed above. I am happy to provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Please ask your insurance company about their coverage of out-of-network providers to determine if you are covered.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.
- Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
