I work with adults who are wanting to make changes in their lives to promote wellness, healing, or growth. Counseling typically takes place once a week or every other week in order to provide a space for you to process what’s happening in your life. I offer a safe space, a listening ear, and educational resources.

My approach uses a variety of techniques from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based counseling.
