As a counselor with a diverse background in vocational rehabilitation and therapy, I am passionate about partnering with adults on their journey of self-growth and development. I bring a holistic approach to my work, combining my professional expertise with my belief in the power of humor and learning to help people navigate life’s challenges.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, where I supported individuals in overcoming barriers to employment and achieving meaningful work. In addition, I’ve had the opportunity to serve clients in private practice as a therapist, guiding them toward greater emotional well-being and personal fulfillment.
Whether I’m working with clients, engaging in continued professional development, or spending time with family and friends, I always strive to foster a sense of growth, openness, and lightheartedness.
Outside of my work, I enjoy painting (watercolor – see below!) and immersing myself in nature—both of which offer me a sense of peace and inspiration. Time spent with loved ones is also incredibly important to me, as I believe relationships are at the heart of what makes life meaningful.
I look forward to continuing to support individuals (perhaps you!) in their personal growth and helping them navigate their unique paths to success, fulfillment, and well-being.
